Product Description
PSA Nitrogen Gas Plants - CU-DX Model
CU-DX Model of nitrogen gas plants is being used for applications, wherein oxygen contents should be in PPM levels and also should be hydrogen free. This model finds application in synthetic fiber, optical cables & electronic industries. Running cost of this unit is slightly higher because it produces very pure nitrogen gas i.e free from oxygen and hydrogen as well.
In Cu-Dx based Nitrogen gas a plants, raw nitrogen having oxygen contents 0.1 - 0.2% generated from PSA unit is further purified in Copper De-oxo unit. Copper De-oxo unit is twin tower system filled with copper catalyst and having internal heaters in both towers. Process of Oxidation takes place in tower under regeneration and at the same reduction process happens in tower under re-generation. Depending on dew point requirement as per application requirement heated type nitrogen dryer can be installed after copper de-oxo unit.
