The Water Electrolysis Based Hydrogen Gas Plant that introduced by us efficiently generates hydrogen gas with the help of Electrolysis along with gas boosters & de-oxo units. This type of plant consumes 4.5 KW/m3 of hydrogen while performing in a continual manner. The hydrogen gas generated from this plant is accumulated in a hydrogen gas holder and is further utilized for processing purposes. Engineered with high precision, the Water Electrolysis Based Hydrogen Gas Plant is easy to operate, and has great use in industry of electric, glass, heat treatment, oil & gas and chemical.

In water electrolysis Hydrogen gas plants, Hydrogen is produced by principal of electrolysis. Water flow enters in the electrolytic cells wherein, by passing electric current water get dissociated into Hydrogen and Oxygen and following reaction takes place.

In process of water electrolysis hydrogen gas plant , oxygen is available as byproduct. Both the gases i.e. Hydrogen and Oxygen are produced simultaneously and are separated out and collected in respective tanks. Hydrogen gas available from water electrolysis hydrogen gas plant is 99.8% pure and to meet the application requirement in case of high purity requirement , hydrogen purification system can be installed. Hydrogen purity available shall be 99.999%. In any process where reducing atmosphere is required, hydrogen gas plant is used. As Hydrogen gas comes under category of explosive gases, so it is mandatory to have necessary safety and measuring instruments for safe and smooth operation of Hydrogen gas Plants. In our systems special emphasis is given on design, Safety instruments and control systems, it includes pressure control system, temperature control system, level control systems , online hydrogen and oxygen analyzers and complete system is being operated thru programmable logic control.
